TASTING NOTES
Pinotage, a variety developed in South Africa, produces wines unique to the Cape. This excellent example of the Pinotage cultivar captures the fruit and body which is typical of the variety. The cool climate ensures that the flavor is more typical of the Pinot Noir parent with the fuller body from the Cinsaut parent is also apparent.
